COMING APRIL 1-MAY 11: “WHAT IS NON-DUALITY? A SIX-WEEK INTRODUCTORY COURSE” In this survey course we learn the key concepts, history, and radically effortless “non-dual” teachings of Oneness, the spiritual core of all religions. Presented in plain English, and with a daily life focus, the course teaches key non-dual meditations from three religions—Buddhism, Christianity, and Hinduism. Participants from these and other religious backgrounds may find that the non-dual understanding—an embodied, tangible experience of Oneness—deepens their root tradition and merges it fully with daily life. The class meets once a week on a live, 90-minute Zoom call. Participants receive daily emails expanding on each week’s topic, including guided meditation recordings, tips and techniques, and further readings and references. A weekly meditation group on Zoom dedicated to practicing awareness in daily life, to end suffering and to nourish friendship among all beings. In 2025, we are exploring the Buddha’s direction to “see others as your own self,” which is the heart of non-duality, AKA “oneness.” Always free and open to all. My mother, Jean McGill, suffered a devastating and yet consistently cheerful dementia for over 20 years. I was her primary caregiver and I chronicled our intertwined journeys, as she coped with her worsening losses, and I witnessed and helped as best I could.
